Vitam, Herne Bay

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, the location was a 3 minute drive from the bay and a there were a few shops etc. nearby should you need anything. Lots of choice for restaurants, some locally owned as well as some chained, so there really should be a choice for anyone. There is also some local shops and amusements, so there is a bit of something for everyone. Parking is a bit ‘hit and miss’ as it is mostly on street parking. They have certainly taken on board other reviews as the accommodation had almost everything you needed (towels, fan, hair dryer etc.). The sofa can pull out into a bed which is a nice touch allowing you to get extra comfy whilst watching some TV. There were a couple of ‘niggles’, the towels provided smelt very musky, which was worse after showering. The accommodation had a lot of cobwebs in all the rooms. Finally, on the website it shows quite a few photos of the hot tub as if it was included, it is not included in the stay (it does state this on the website if you read through all the information), upon arrival there was some information about the spa facilities and how much it is etc. it had a disclosure about the hot tub and use (no glass etc.) but it wasn’t clear how this could be booked whilst we were there, it was a shame as it was something we did want to use. Overall, we would stay again with a couple of minor tweaks as the stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a brilliant time here, beautiful place to stay for some time near the sea. We adored the spa garden, only downside was not being able to spend all day in there! Would recommend!
