Set in the Kent countryside surrounded by apple pear and cherry orchards the setting is peaceful and rural. Two friendly pubs are within walking distance. The George is a short drive away. Circular countryside walks start from the door and dogs are welcome in both pubs.

Faversham is 15 minutes by car. Canterbury and Whitstable are both within 30 minutes. The private hot tub and enclosed garden with Kadai firepit and covered gazebo make this ideal year-round.
