Little Ponds Reviews

Laura
The cottage was lovely and super well-equipped, honestly the best kitchen we've encountered. The games room was a bonus!
James Carter
We really appreciated how spacious the property was for our family of four. The garden is lovely, tiered and filled with sunshine, plus there's a nice little spot at the top with a table and chairs - perfect for an early morning cuppa. The lounge was bright and uncluttered, with comfy sofas and big chairsand the dining area comfortably seats six. We did notice the shower drains a bit slowly, which might be a concern if someone takes a long shower - hopefully the owner can look into that. The kitchen was well-stocked and spotless, with everything from cutlery to crockeryand the fridge was clean and spacious. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would definitely come back. It's a cosy, well-maintained place that felt like a home away from home. Would recommend!
Emma

The garden was really pretty, with tons of seating spots and a nice outdoor dining area, perfect for sunny evenings. The sauna and hot tub were a real treat, especially when the weather was a bit rainy; they made for some fun and relaxing moments. The location is just stunning - the countryside around here is so lush and peaceful. We loved exploring Pevensey Bay and the coast towards Eastbourne. Our son had a great time fishing at Horamand we enjoyed visiting Scotney Castle and Batemans, which are brilliant National Trust sites. Ohand the Middle House pub in Mayfield is worth a visit - those pies are divine! We really did have a wonderful, restful week.
